Gedenken an die Erdbeben von 2016
Zum zehnjährigen Jahrestag der verheerenden Erdbeben, die weite Teile von Accumoli, Amatrice und der umliegenden Region zerstörten, wird das Oratorium Rimembranza op. 90 von Richard Josef Sigmund erstmals aufgeführt. Das Werk für Solisten, Chor und Orchester ist als Missa da Requiem gestaltet und verbindet musikalische Ausdruckskraft mit reflektierenden Textpassagen. Es dient als Zeichen der Erinnerung, der Gemeinschaft und der Verantwortung, die Ereignisse in der Region nicht zu vergessen.
Ricordo del terremoto del 2016
In occasione del decimo anniversario dei devastanti terremoti che nel 2016 hanno distrutto vaste aree di Accumoli, Amatrice e dei dintorni, verrà eseguito per la prima volta l’oratorio Rimembranza op. 90 di Richard Josef Sigmund. L’opera per solisti, coro e orchestra, concepita come una Messa da Requiem, unisce intensità musicale e riflessione testuale. È un segno di memoria, comunità e responsabilità nel non dimenticare gli eventi della regione.
Remembering the 2016 Earthquakes
On the tenth anniversary of the devastating earthquakes that destroyed large parts of Accumoli, Amatrice, and the surrounding region in 2016, the oratorio Rimembranza op. 90 by Richard Josef Sigmund will be performed for the first time. The work for soloists, choir, and orchestra, conceived as a Missa da Requiem, combines musical intensity with reflective texts. It serves as a sign of remembrance, community, and responsibility to not forget the events that affected the region.
Mitwirkende & Projektpartner
Das Sonderprojekt wird von der Accademia Vicino di Accumoli konzipiert und organisiert. Der Kulturverein Amaté beteiligt sich als Projektpartner, gemeinsam mit den lokalen Gemeinden, öffentlichen Institutionen der Region sowie weiteren musikalischen Partnern.
Internationale Orchestermusiker der Accademia di Accumoli musizieren zusammen mit Orchestermusikern aus den Regionen des Erdbebengebiets von 2016, ausgewählten Solisten der Merano Academy sowie Chören aus Südtirol, Österreich und den Regionen des Erdbebengebiets von 2016.
Auch das Vokalensemble Amaté ist Teil der beteiligten Ensembles und wirkt an den Aufführungen mit.

Il progetto speciale è ideato e organizzato dall’Accademia Vicino di Accumoli. L'Associazione Culturale Amaté partecipa come partner del progetto, insieme ai comuni locali, alle istituzioni pubbliche della regione e ad altri partner musicali.
Musicisti d’orchestra internazionali dell’Accademia di Accumuli e musicisti d'orchestra delle regioni del Cratere 2016 si esibiscono insieme a solisti selezionati della Merano Academy e ai cori provenienti dall'Alto Adige, dall'Austria e dalle regioni del Cratere 2016.
Tra gli ensemble coinvolti partecipa anche il Vokalensemble Amaté, che prenderà parte alle esecuzioni.
Participants & Project Partners
The special project is conceived and organized by the Accademia Vicino di Accumoli. The Cultural Association Amaté participates as a project partner, together with local municipalities, public institutions of the region, and other musical partners.
International orchestra musicians from the Accademia di Accumoli perform together with orchestra musicians from the regions affected by the 2016 earthquake, selected soloists from the Merano Academy, and choirs from South Tyrol, Austria, and the regions affected by the 2016 earthquake.
The participating ensembles also include the Vokalensemble Amaté, which will take part in the performances.

Das Herzstück des Projekts markiert den Jahrestag der Erdbeben und wird von allen beteiligten Musiker*innen und Chören aufgeführt.
25. August 2026 – Sinfonisches Open-Air-Konzert auf der Piazza in Norcia
Ein Abschlusskonzert, das die musikalische Woche der Akademie feierlich abrundet.
