Abschlusskonzert der Merano Academy Winter Stage 2026
Mit einem eindrucksvollen Konzert sakraler Musik fand die Winter Stage 2026 der Merano Academy ihren feierlichen Abschluss. In der stimmungsvollen Atmosphäre der Kapuzinerkirche in Meran präsentierten die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer unter der musikalischen Leitung von Richard J. Sigmund ein ebenso abwechslungsreiches wie hochkarätiges Programm.
Organisiert vom Kulturverein AMATÉ, vereinte das Konzert junge Solistinnen und Solisten aus sechs Nationen, die durchwegs mit sehr ansprechenden stimmlichen Leistungen und bemerkenswerter künstlerischer Vielfalt überzeugten. Die internationale Besetzung verlieh dem Abend eine besondere Farbigkeit und machte die verbindende Kraft der Musik eindrucksvoll erlebbar.
Besonders berührend war der Auftritt der jungen argentinischen Sopranistin Loana Ayuso, die mit glasklarem, strahlendem Timbre das Publikum fesselte. Emmi Kaijansinkko aus Finnland gestaltete das „Vidit suum“ von Pergolesi nuancenreich und mit leuchtender Höhe. Ebenso überzeugte die Südtirolerin Iren Köfele, die mit „Pietà, Signore“ von Stradella durch Ausdruckstiefe und stimmliche Eleganz beeindruckte.
Große Eindrücke hinterließ auch der junge russische Bariton mit einem stimmgewaltigen Lied von Rachmaninow, während Haneol Kim aus Korea mit seinem warmen, weichen Bariton Arien von Johann Sebastian Bach feinfühlig interpretierte. Einen mitreißenden Abschluss setzte John Sweeney mit dem Spiritual-Meisterwerk „Glory Road“ von J. Wolfe, das er bravourös und voller Ausdruckskraft darbot.
Einfühlsam und zugleich virtuos begleitet wurden die Solistinnen und Solisten von der Pianistin Jieun Lee aus Korea, deren sensibles Spiel maßgeblich zur Geschlossenheit und Intensität des Konzertabends beitrug.
So wurde das Abschlusskonzert der Merano Academy Winter Stage 2026 zu einem außergewöhnlichen Kirchenkonzert voller Tiefe, Schönheit und internationaler Klangfarben – ein Abend im Zeichen der Sakralmusik und schöner Stimmen, der Herz und Seele gleichermaßen berührte.

Con un suggestivo concerto di musica sacra si è conclusa solennemente la Winter Stage 2026 della Merano Academy. Nella suggestiva atmosfera della Chiesa dei Cappuccini di Merano, i partecipanti hanno presentato, sotto la direzione musicale di Richard J. Sigmund, un programma tanto vario quanto di alto livello artistico.
Organizzato dall’Associazione culturale AMATÉ, il concerto ha riunito giovani solisti provenienti da sei nazioni, che hanno convinto il pubblico con prestazioni vocali di grande qualità e con una notevole varietà artistica. La composizione internazionale del cast ha conferito alla serata una particolare ricchezza di colori e ha reso tangibile la forza unificante della musica.
Particolarmente emozionante è stata l’esibizione della giovane soprano argentina Loana Ayuso, che ha affascinato il pubblico con un timbro cristallino e luminoso. Emmi Kaijansinkko dalla Finlandia ha interpretato il “Vidit suum” di Pergolesi con grande ricchezza di sfumature e con acuti splendenti, così come l’altoatesina Iren Köfele, che con “Pietà, Signore” di Stradella ha convinto per profondità espressiva ed eleganza vocale.
Grande impressione ha lasciato anche il giovane baritono russo con una potente interpretazione di un Lied di Rachmaninov, mentre Haneol Kim dalla Corea ha interpretato con sensibilità arie di Johann Sebastian Bach grazie al suo baritono caldo e morbido. Un finale travolgente è stato offerto da John Sweeney con il capolavoro spiritual “Glory Road” di J. Wolfe, eseguito con brillantezza e grande forza espressiva.
I solisti sono stati accompagnati con sensibilità e virtuosismo dalla pianista coreana Jieun Lee, il cui tocco raffinato ha contribuito in modo determinante alla coesione e all’intensità dell’intera serata musicale.
Il concerto finale della Merano Academy Winter Stage 2026 si è così trasformato in uno straordinario concerto sacro, ricco di profondità, bellezza e colori sonori internazionali – una serata dedicata alla musica sacra e alle belle voci, capace di toccare profondamente il cuore e l’anima del pubblico.

Final Concert of the Merano Academy Winter Stage 2026
With an impressive concert of sacred music, the Merano Academy Winter Stage 2026 came to a solemn close. In the atmospheric setting of the Capuchin Church in Merano, the participants presented a program of remarkable variety and high artistic quality under the musical direction of Richard J. Sigmund.
Organized by the AMATÉ Cultural Association, the concert brought together young soloists from six nations, all of whom impressed with highly appealing vocal performances and remarkable artistic diversity. The international cast lent the evening a special richness of color and made the unifying power of music vividly tangible.
Particularly moving was the performance of the young Argentine soprano Loana Ayuso, who captivated the audience with her crystal-clear, radiant timbre. Emmi Kaijansinkko from Finland performed Pergolesi’s “Vidit suum” with rich nuance and brilliant high notes, as did South Tyrolean soprano Iren Köfele, who impressed with expressive depth and vocal elegance in “Pietà, Signore” by Stradella.
The young Russian baritone also left a strong impression with a powerful rendition of a song by Rachmaninoff, while Haneol Kim from Korea sensitively interpreted arias by Johann Sebastian Bach with his warm, velvety baritone. A thrilling finale was provided by John Sweeney, who performed the spiritual masterpiece “Glory Road” by J. Wolfe with brilliance and expressive intensity.
